Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

01. Standard refund terms

At Whispervocal, We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We strongly believe in our service and support it unconditionally, but We understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone, all the time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Before taking out a subscription, we advise you to request a 24-hour trial account (€2.29), we have set up this option so that you can test our service, before taking out a long-term subscription.

If you have any technical or commercial questions, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased isn’t the best fit for your needs and you’ve been trying to resolve issues with our support team, we want to make it right.

While we’d love to know where things went wrong or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund (within 7 days of your purchase date).

We would like to let you know that once you have requested a refund, (you may no longer subscribe to our service at any time) in the future.

02. Return and Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are applicable within the first 7 days of use.

• Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal payments.

• Refunds are not available for the requested 24-hour trial account (€2.29).

• If you have chosen a subscription by mistake instead of the desired one (this means that you want to buy the Silver plan and have mistakenly chosen and paid for the Platinum plan or less), you can also contact us at the email mentioned below to proceed with the refund after (the evaluation of the case).

03. Return Process


3.1 Requesting a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@whispervocal.com with your order details and reason for the return.

• Use the same email address you have used to purchase our services.

• Include your username and your WhatsApp number.

3.2 Processing Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refunds may take (3-5 business days) to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
